Welcome to our home in Villamartin
Our Villa is located within a peaceful gated community, just metres from the communal pool and set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens all within the urbanisation of Los Dolses.
The beaches of La Zenia, Punta Prima and Cabo Roig are all within easy reach by car.
Costa Blancas's largest shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard is a short walk away (approx 20-25 mins).

The villa is only a 45 minute transfer from either Alicante or Murcia airports.
The city of Torrevieja which is just 6 km up the coast, has a host of beaches offering water sports.
Torrevieja's Aquopolis Waterpark offers a great family day out!
Villamartin Plaza is a short 15 minute walk, it offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants and live evening entertainment. Eduardo’a restaurant "as seen on TV" comes highly recommended for that special night out! The commercial centre in Los Dolses can be found just across the road there you will find a selection of local bars and restaurants.
For those who enjoy a round of Golf (or two!) there is a selection of 3 wonderful courses, Campo de Golf - Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Hotel Golf Campoamor are all within a 5-10 km radius.

Our Place
Beautifully decorated 3 bed 3 bath town house is located in Los Dolses, central for the area. This perfect holiday home is literally feet from the communal pool to which it faces with a front garden and sunloungers. The home is spacious with a large living room / dining area featuring a flat screen Television with full UK TV and FREE high speed internet, plenty of seating and aircon.

The town house is only a 5 minute walk to the Los Dolses commercial centre with bars and restaurants as well a grocery store and a bank. There is a wide choice of eateries From English breakfasts Greek and Indian to Chinese and much more.
There is also the famous Villamartin Plaza just a few minutes further away with a larger choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining as well as a wide range of pubs to choose from including traditional bars, to sports and Gin Bars. there is entertainment for the kids during the summer months, as well as live singers and groups in the evenings on the central plaza stage.
