(Prices are per week for the villa - NOT per person).
6th Jan – 31st March £315 for 7 nights
1st April – 31st May £375 for 7 nights
1st June – 30th June £450 for 7 nights
1st July – 15th Sept £550 for 7 nights
16th Sept – 31st Oct £430 for 7 nights
1st Nov – 5th Jan £370 for 7 nights
Minimum stay 3 nights except during the rental period 1st July – 15th Sept, when the minimum rental is 7 nights

On arrival there will be a 70euro departure cleaning fee paid to the management
To secure a booking we will require a 25% deposit of the rental cost along with a refundable security payment of £100.
