I am aware that I will pay the €70.00 departure clean when I am checked in.

I am aware I will pay a security bond of £100, which will be returned in full no later than 5 days of my departure, once the villa has been checked it has been left in good order

Ensure the villa is securely locked when not occupied

Ensure all lights and air conditioning units are switched off when not occupied

Ensure the rules of the urbanisation are adhered to

Respect noise levels

Respect the neighbours

The villa is strictly a non-smoking villa indoors

Strictly no pets allowed

The hirer must leave the villa clean and tidy upon departure

Empty all rubbish bins

ACCOMMODATION IS STRICTLY FOR THE USE OF THOSE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM. NO EXTRA GUESTS / SUB-LETTING PERMITTED. THIS IS TO COMPLY WITH SPANISH LETTING LAWS AND INSURANCE PURPOSES.
